President - Gábor Einspach


Mr Gábor Einspach, 46, obtained his degree at the University of Economics and at the University of the Applied Arts in Budapest.

Mr Einspach is the busiest forensic expert in Hungary. He has so far prepared over a thousand expert judgements for law courts, insurance companies and banks, in both civil and criminal court cases. Furthermore, drawing on his over twenty-year expertise in the art trade he works as an adviser to numerous institutions and private art collections of great account. Moreover, it was Mr Einspach who set up a service called art banking, unique of its kind in Hungary, in association with the Private Banking of Raiffeisen Bank. It is on a regular basis that he provides expert judgements for Dorotheum, Ketterer, Lempertz, Bonhams and Christie's auction houses. It is for nearly ten years that Mr Einspach has been giving lectures on the art market, its operations and connections at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art in Budapest. He is one of the founders of Artmagazin, an art periodical in Hungary, in the initial phase he used to be its editor-in-chief, now he is the publisher.
